I am so very pleased to be able to offer to the market this genuinely stunning Falcon Renaissance Connoisseur 30 flybridge cruiser.
She is fitted with every possible extra that you may need and has been lightly used by the current owner.
The list of equipment is extensive to say the least:
wet central heating system to all cabins and the bathroom, invertor
systems, battery charger, shore power system, immersion heater, diesel
fired hot water (as well as the immersion heater and engine heated water
system giving three hot water options), bow thruster, electric anchor
winch, reversing camera on upper and lower helm stations with station
indicator, tv and DVD player, microwave, separate cooker and hob,
electric flush toilet to holding tank, forward well cushions, flybridge
seating covers, the list just goes on and on!
This beautiful boat is very well presented and has very good gelcoat throughout and externally. Just a couple of minor scratches here and there on the hull however but these are very small and to be expected on a 19 year old boat. She is wonderfully designed for a couple with occasional guests and offers a high quality place to spend time afloat with all the creature comforts that make a stay comfortable, safe and easy to manage.
The wide walkways and safety rails fore and aft really do enhance this wonderful example of what is a very rare boat - with just 4 believed to be on the Broads network.
She has 5 batteries with onboard mains battery charging, plus and inverter for mains power while away from shore support along with a frugal and very tidy (and serviced) Nanni diesel engine and hydraulic drive.
The flybridge is a wonderful place to drive and relax giving commanding views and the folding screens means she can clear 8 foot 8 inches.
Every aspect of this boat exudes craftwork and quality from her aluminium windows and door to the joinery inside and bright, white gel coat.
She would make a perfect quality cruiser for a couple that want a high standard of river boat and will be certain to please her new owners. Her Boat Safety Certificate runs to June 2024 and she had a pre purchase inspection in 2021 when the current owners bought her.
This boat has so much to offer - and a documented history too. The only item I can find about the boat that needed some work at the time of viewing was the upper helm seats needed a good clean after the winter period so too the weather covers on them. That's all I could find. The vendor will get around to cleaning the upper helm seats over the coming week or so, as the boat has only just come out of the winter storage period and this has not yet been done.
The owner did also advise that the anchor winch has no chain but they do not use it, so have not bothered to get a new length of chain for it. She was freshly antifouled just a few weeks ago before being re launched for the coming season and also has recently had new hydraulic steering fitted and a new bilge pump float switch under the current owners stewardship.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
