Boat Sellers description
This Beautiful Doral Intrigue 310SE is fully equipped and heavily
upgraded and improved. She is a low hour example and this shows the
moment you step aboard and open the electrically raised engine hatch,
as the motors and engine room are immaculate. Housed in the engine room
are twin Mercruiser 230HP 4.2L 6 cyl diesel engines with 666 and 669
engine hours respectively. The are mated to Bravo 3 outdrives and the
whole package was fully professionally serviced in June this year, and
she was antifouled at the same time and fresh anodes also fitted.
Needless to say, she fires up and runs very nicely.
She has a new Victron 7kv inverter battery charger new batteries
in the last year and new saloon upholstery. The canopy was new in late
2021 and was made by Bailey and Stone in a bespoke and fully flexible
configuration giving many cover options and looks absolutely superb.
This model has the extended bathing platform and the push button
electric radar arch lowering system fitted making clearing bridge simple
and that bit safer.
The boat has been heavily improved in the last year or two with
some extensive new wiring, new carpets, new upholstery, new batteries,
new twin bilge pumps, new cockpit instruments, a double din stereo
system fitted, a new TV / dvd, new Victron 7kv inverter charger with
full remote controls, the list just goes on and there are bills for
around £20k of recent work!
She recently had a full hull and topsides gel coat compound and
polish in June this year and this shows the moment you see the boat as
she just glows. To my eye I did not see any GRP damage.
Her accommodation appears excellent both in layout and condition
and her cherry wood has a wonderful lustre and appears unmarked. Her
soft furnishings all appear to be very good indeed and are all clean and
dry as you would expect from a quality vessel such as this. She has a
large under sole double with storage and a small seating area. The
galley to port is well engineered and feels bigger and more usable than
it has any right to, and her new electric hob has been professionally
fitted and looks superb and gets hidden away under matching Corian
covers. There is a large fridge under the counter, a microwave and
storage make this galley very practical indeed.
There is a sociable seating saloon with Doral crescent table and a
platform berth forward into the bow which can be curtained off. The
good sized heads to starboard has a toilet to holding tank and a good
sized shower and vanity plus a full length mirror on the door. The
large social cockpit is trimmed in typical Doral monogrammed leather and
I did not see any damage to the seating. The cockpit aft seating is
extendable over the bathing platform which is a nice and useful feature.
The cockpit also has a wet bar with sink and drinks fridge under and a
transom gate leads on to the extended teak laid bathing platform which
has a storage locker and a hidden swim ladder. The plastic teak floor
appears to be in excellent order everywhere. Her canopy is in excellent
order as its only 18 months old.
She represents a spectacular opportunity to acquire what has to
be one of the better and most sorted and well upgraded Doral intrigue's
in the country. A bow thruster and electric anchor windlass are of
course fitted.
Lastly, she has a separate waste water holding tank too, should
you wish to use it alongside the toilet holding tank system. Her Broads
toll is paid to March 2024 and her Boat Safety Certificate runs to
March 2025. She had a full survey when the current owner bought her in
2021 and this is available as a hard copy to view at a viewing.
So this truly stunning low hour (and very close to immaculate)
Doral is offered for sale by her owner of the last 2.5 years. This is a
very reluctant sale as it was the dream boat that they put their heart
and soul into. The spent time and money doing all they wanted to her to
live that dream. However, a recent medical issue means,
unfortunately, that plan can no longer be realised and so she is now
being sold after all the hard work getting her how they wanted her.
So if you are looking for a very well equipped and spotless
sports cruiser with performance to spare and fully up-to-date with
servicing and fitout then look no further.
